TEAM CAPTAIN'S MEETINGS
The next Team Captains' meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 6:00PM at Palmdale Regional Medical Center on the first floor lobby located next to the Emergency Room. From this point forward, ALL Team Captain Meetings are held the 4th Thursday of every month as above! Please feel free to bring people who are considering leading their own team. If you have any questions, now's the time to attend and get all the answers! We hope to see you there! You know what they say about the early bird - so sign up now!

. . ."On May 22, 2013 the American Cancer Society will be celebrating its 100th Birthday!!! You can even honor a survivor or remember a loved one with a dedication in our program book. We will be accepting dedications at the Captains Meeting on May 28th (see above) so be sure to bring a photo of your loved one you would like to honor and remember! (Rates vary depending on size of dedication you want in the program book).
The Luminary and Relay Store will be open too. Come and see some of our new and exciting Relay items and dedicate a luminary to that special someone! Our next Team Captains’ meeting has been CHANGED to Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 6:30PM at Mulligan's Family Fun Center in Palmdale. If you are unable to attend, please send a team member in your place. The meeting will cover ideas for team fundraisers, event updates, and you’ll have time to ask questions. Plus, we’ll have the Team Captain’s packet and posters on hand for those that need them. If you need to reach us before (or after) the meeting, just contact us via email at RelayForLifeLancaster@hotmail.com.
We are also currently looking for volunteers to help on just about every committee of Relay. Our committee is currently looking for a Sponsorship Committee Chair to help on our planning committee. Each of our committees are also looking for sub-committee members to help so if you are interested, please email us at RelayForLifeLancaster@hotmail.com and your email will be forwarded to the appropriate committee chairperson. Our event is run solely by volunteers and your help is appreciated!!!!
