AVUHSD District Administrative Offices:    If applying for any job, be sure to carefully read the application deadline posted on the job vacancy announcement which will be EARLIER than the district office closing hour!

OFFICE HOURS:  7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed weekends and holidays. 

There is no school the week of Thanksgiving.   Note, The District Office will be open on Monday and Tuesday 11/23/15 and 11/24/15 of that week, from  7:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Please see as the 11/25/15 PAY DATE for hourly classified has been CHANGED to 11/23/15 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Security Tip to Employees - Do you have a valid address on file? A valid  mailing address is required by the District Office to mail items to you such as your checks/stubs, W-2 year end tax statements, retirement   balances, health benefit cards, plan information and more. The Change of Address form is ALSO USED TO UPDATE YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT.    Submit a signed Change of Address Form (ATTACHED BELOW) directly to Rachel Orosco in the Personnel Department at  AVUHS District Office, 44811 Sierra Highway,  Lancaster, CA 93534

If you're changing any info, take a moment to consider other areas that MAY need updating.  IE  paycheck beneficiary, retirement beneficiaries, bank account changes for direct deposit,  major life change for health benefits update...?
