Administrative Position Information

The Antelope Valley Union High School District  accepts applications to establish a pool of candidates for administrative positions (IE: Principal, Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, etc). If you do not see an administrative level position posted or if the posting is "closed", you may still submit an application packet for future consideration in the event other openings occur. Generally in addition to the standard application, applicants for administrative positions must include the following items: 

- A personal letter of application which should include the reasons for your interest in the position.  
- A current resume including background information, experience, achievements, community and professional involvement. 
- Three letters of reference or a college placement file, that address your current professional assignments.  
- Copies of transcripts verifying degrees. 
- Copies of California or out-of-state credentials. 
- Additional documentation/certification may be required based on the particular position.
