*In 2011 we experienced four unusual dates.... 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11.   Go figure this out.... take the last 2 digits of the year you were born plus the age you were for your 2011 birthday and it WILL EQUAL 111.  Neat!

Normal Office Hours:  Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed weekends and holidays)

  • All schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2012. We will re-open on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
     
  • All District Employees should ensure their phone number and mailing address on file is correct.   You may submit a Change of Address form to Rachel Orosco rorosco@avhsd.org.

Be sure to carefully read any application deadlines for the closing date and time which may be different from office hours!

Security Tip

Employees - Do you have a valid address on file?

A valid mailing address is required by the District Office to mail items to you such as your checks/stubs, W-2 year end tax statements, retirement balances,  health benefit cards, plan information and more.  Submit an updated form directly to the Personnel Department.
