Normal Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Summer Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, June 3-Aug 2, 2013. 
 
 

  • All schools and offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2013 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
     
  • All District Employees should ensure their phone number and mailing address on file is correct.   You may submit a Change of Address Form to Rachel Orosco, Personnel Dept, to rorosco@avhsd.org.   If applying for a job, be sure to carefully read any application deadlines which may be different from office hours! 
     
  • As of November 8, 2012 the furlough days have been cancelled for all administrators, teachers and classified employees.

Security Tip

Employees - Do you have a valid address on file?

A valid mailing address is required by the District Office to mail items to you such as your checks/stubs, W-2 year end tax statements, retirement balances,  health benefit cards, plan information and more.  Submit an updated form directly to the Personnel Department at:
