Message From The Superintendent
Dear AVUHSD Students, Families, and Community,
Our vision, "Dream, Aspire, Achieve," is the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to inclusivity and innovation, ensuring every student receives the support they need to reach their full potential and is prepared to be a lifelong learner.
To continue driving growth, we launched a new strategic plan in 2025, which was developed collaboratively with our community partners. This plan is focused on five key priorities:
- Inclusive: Ensuring equitable opportunities and resources for all students. Safe: Providing safe and positive learning environments for all students and staff.
- Innovative Learning: Fostering creativity and critical thinking through cutting-edge practices
- Social Emotional Wellbeing: Prioritizing student mental health and social-emotional support
- Community Partnership: Strengthening connections for a robust ecosystem of student success
