The Human Resources Department team is unwavering in our commitment to providing prompt, courteous, and quality customer service to our staff, applicants, students, and community. We are responsible for programs and policies that attract, develop, and retain qualified staff and for providing programs that enhance the well-being and effectiveness of our District community. Our goals are to continuously look for new and innovative ways to improve our processes and service delivery and to contribute to the overall success of our District and its mission. Our staff can assist with Employment, Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation.

As the primary hub for the district's internal and external communications, our office serves as the bridge between the school district and the news media. We strive to create a thriving, supportive learning environment for our children, enabling them to realize their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. Our responsibilities include strategic communication planning, community relations, marketing, branding, and advising our district leadership. We also provide support to schools and departments on various issues, such as marketing, outreach, and crisis communication response. Additionally, we oversee the production of districtwide internal and external publications, videography, community relations, media relations, district and school websites, website accessibility compliance, and social media management, among others.

We recognize that our work indirectly impacts students through our service to staff members.
