Quartz Hill High School focuses on positivity and acknowledges those who work hard to exude this core value. Despite learning at-home, their Positive Recognition Program, called "Quartz Hill Cards," continues. Kirolos Mousa, Class of 2024, was recognized by multiple teachers for his outstanding start and participation during At-Home Learning. He received prizes from community business partners including In&Out, Chic-fil-A, and Cold Stone. The QHHS office lit up with horns and cheer when Kirolos arrived for his reward.
The Positive Recognition Program at QHHS looks different, but the pandemic hasn't hindered their ability to encourage students!
QHHS is changing culture one conversation at a time. Since starting in 2018 they have distributed over 800 recognition cards!
