The Antelope Valley Union High School District is committed to ensuring students have access to necessary mental health resources and supports, whether they are learning from home or the classroom. This section of the Digital Learning Center offers students AND and families a variety of resources to support their social-emotional well-being.
Includes 24-hour suicide and crisis hotlines, including chat and text options as well as website links additional information. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people between 10 and 24. Don't suffer in silence, get help today. Even if you just need someone to talk to or are feeling overwhelmed, this page has a variety of different support lines to help.

This booklet was developed by AVUHSD to assist families in locating a variety of services (Crisis, Mental Health, LGBTQ, Sexual Abuse, Substance Abuse, Community/Government Agencies, AV Clinics, etc.) within the Antelope Valley.
